Custom Gym Wall Padding
Our digitally printed wall pads are the exact top-quality wall pads that you’d expect from the nation’s top gym wall padding company:
- 2″ firm polychloroprene latex
- Open cell foam cushioning
- 7/16″ OSB backing 14 oz. vinyl, which is covered by a leather-like embossed pattern.
We can make cutouts for electrical outlets, door handles, or any other obstruction along the wall.
Our digital printing process has become the industry standard, whether you want school logos, custom graphics or sponsor advertisements on your padding.
Durable UV curable inks let us print your artwork directly onto the vinyl fabric. You’ll get a stunning image that doesn’t peel or tear like a decal. Our team of experts can take an existing design or create something that will amaze you. All printing and manufacturing is done under the same roof.

- Material is mildew/rot resistant & easily cleaned with soap and water
- All vinyls meet ASTM E 84 Class A, NFPA 701-1989 Large Scale and ULC S-109 L&S Scale Test requirements for flame retardancy
